Arrive informed. Decide clearly at the start.

Prepare messages, understand your participant list, and equip staff with dependable ticket information on event day.

Before the start

Information reaches the right people.

Build reusable templates, select recipient groups, and schedule final arrival details for the day before. The portal shows sending progress, delivery, retry and failure states, and history. Delivery is not a read receipt.

Operational clarity

One answer instead of three lists.

Event day calls for clear states and appropriate access.

01

Participant and ticket detail

Booking, person, individual tickets, add-ons, and arrival can be reviewed in context.

02

Check-in reports

Counts and history show how many individual tickets have arrived; supported reports and exports help with review.

03

Roles for the team

Check-in staff can be limited to their operational area while administration and communication remain with other roles.

FAQ

Questions organizers ask

Does the team need dedicated scanners?

QR scanning runs in the browser on suitable camera devices. Manual search is available when scanning is impractical.

Does check-in work offline?

This site makes no offline claim. Plan for a dependable connection at entry.

Can I tell if someone read an email?

History shows delivery and error states. Delivery does not establish that a message was opened or read.
